The MD Certification Training for Groups, Teams and Organisational Advice is a three day course, focusing on understanding the group culture from the perspective of the participants,  understanding their issues, wants and opportunities, measuring, interpreting, testing and applying group profiles.

The participant learns how to read group results, to understand the profile in the context of the experienced culture, to pose extra questions regarding the organisation and team culture, to facilitate the development of a cultural strategy by the group, and how to advise the group.

This training is a follow-up to the certification course for individual profiles.

MD certified managers and consultants who work with groups and wish to understand and manage the group culture in order to enhance organisational performance.
