Relationship Coaching

The Management Drives® philosophy shows that individuals are unique and have their own preferred sequence and strength of drives which is reflected in infinite ways of expressing the drives as behaviours.

In Individual Performance Improvement  we saw that people can express each of their preferred drives in a range of behaviours – from positive action through to negative reactive behaviour.

The purpose of coaching is to help people become the best ‘them’ that they can be – to operate from the top of the spiral of their dominant drives. Coaching is not about changing people to become someone else – but about helping them to reach their highest potential in the workplace.

For coaching to be effective and sustainable, the coach must be sensitive to the person, aware of what is happening for them, and able to work within their boundaries of safety.

The coach must be professionally trained and have a depth of experience that allows them to be understanding and manage issues that may arise in the process.
