Different plots of the Group Profile reveal which individuals contribute to specific group drives, and the extent to which individuals’ values diverge from the average value of the team. This information can be used to determine the gaps in the groups’ perceptions, and which individuals would be particularly beneficial to filling in those gaps. These matrices can also be used to gain an insight into the unity of the group. |
