Davin Shellshear has over 37 years professional engineering experience, much of this in senior management of large urban water and sewerage utilities. This work included the transition of water utilities from traditional public sector structures to efficient, competitive and well-governed market economy organizations through structural reform and large cultural management programs.

Davin has considerable experience in:

• Facilitation  & implementation of large infrastructure and service alliances
• Consulting to water regulators in third world countries
• Development of risk management systems

Denise has extensive professional experience as a relationship counsellor and has worked:

• in private practice with individuals, couples, families, same sex couples, and ethnic groups,
• in the drugs of dependence unit of with the Department of Health (Queensland),
• in facilitating and coaching work groups in personal development processes using a range of methodologies including Gestalt Therapy, transactional analysis, and other therapeutic approaches,
• with work groups aimed at creating a high performing organisation through addressing the human side of organisational life that limits or prevents effective contribution by employees, and
• with large organisations in major cultural transformation programs.
